Credit restoration, engineered.

Declined on credit.
Not out of options.

The mortgage. The truck. The funding line. A number said no — and the file went cold. We work that file back: accurate, fully compliant disputes filed to all three bureaus, on schedule, every cycle, documented start to finish by our proprietary dispute-automation engine.

$1,995 flat — three installments of $665, each billed after its phase of work is done.

No outcome is guaranteed — not a score, not a deletion, not a date. What we promise is process: every dispute cycle, on time, documented.

How this service is built

  • Never charged in advance

Nothing at signing. Each installment is billed only after its phase of work has been performed and its report delivered.

  • All three bureaus, every round

Equifax, Experian and TransUnion keep separate files. We work all three on every cycle, not whichever one is convenient.

  • No telemarketing. Ever.

We make zero outbound sales calls to consumers, including to people who fill out this form. You call us, or you book a time.

  • Your rights, before you sign

You get the written contract and the separate “Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law” disclosure to read before signing anything.

Why we exist

The industry’s biggest names were hit with a $2.7 billion judgment. We built the opposite company.

They charged people before the work was done. They sold credit repair over the phone. The federal enforcement action that followed carried a ten-year telemarketing ban and returned $1.8 billion to 4.3 million customers.

Demand did not disappear when that happened. Trustworthy supply did. Coastline is built for the gap that left: billing that only ever happens after work is performed, disclosures handed over before a signature, a defined program instead of an open-ended subscription, and not one outbound sales call.

  • $0Collected before work is performed — the rule the biggest players broke
  • 3 of 3Bureaus worked on every dispute round, not a subset
  • ZeroOutbound sales calls to consumers, and zero paid advertising

How it works

Three phases. You are billed only as each one is completed.

Every step below describes work we perform — not a result we promise. No outcome, score change, deletion or timeline for results is guaranteed by any part of this program.

  1. Days 1–3 · before anything is billed

    Enroll

You receive the written agreement and the separate “Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law” disclosure to read before you sign. We capture your authorization and consent, pull your three-bureau file, and audit it line by line for what is inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable. Your cancellation window runs from signing.

    Billed at this stage: $0

  2. Around day 25–60 · rounds 1 and 2

    Dispute

Our engine builds and files your Round 1 disputes to all three bureaus, dispatches physical mail where the situation calls for it, tracks every response and date-stamps every action. When Round 1 is filed, the correspondence handled and your report delivered, the first installment is charged. Round 2 follows the same pattern and is billed the same way — on completion.

Billed at completion of each round: $665

  3. Around day 60–75 · the work ends

    Complete

We perform a final audit of your three-bureau file, deliver a completion report, and hand you the full documented record of every dispute filed and every response received. The last installment is billed after that report is delivered. To be plain about the label: it names the end of our work, not a promised condition of your credit file. No outcome is guaranteed.

    Billed at completion: $665

Cancel at any point and no further installment is charged. You are never billed for work that has not been performed.

Pricing

One flat price. Three parts. Each one billed after the work.

Nothing is collected at signing. Each installment is charged only once its phase has been fully performed and its report delivered to you.

Total program fee $1,995.00

Day ranges describe when we expect to perform the work. They are not a timeline for results, and no result is guaranteed.

Never a subscription

Payments end when the work ends. No monthly fee, no renewal, and no tail of charges running past the program.

Never charged in advance

Federal law bars a credit repair organization from collecting a fee before the service it covers has been fully performed. Our billing is built to that rule, not around it.

90-day money-back guarantee

If no negative item on your report is deleted or corrected within your first 90 days, you get your money back. The exact trigger is stated in the agreement you read before signing. A refund promise is not an outcome promise — we still do not guarantee any result.

Cancel whenever you want

Cancelling stops all further installments. Beyond that you have a federal right to cancel within three business days of signing; California residents have five working days, with any refund owed issued within 15 days of cancellation.

Why Coastline

Built to be the opposite of what got this industry in trouble.

Automation instead of a backlog

Most credit restoration is still done by hand, by small shops juggling far more files than any person can track. Cycles get missed. Rounds slip. Our proprietary dispute-automation engine runs every cycle on schedule across all three bureaus, with letter automation, physical-mail dispatch and a date-stamped audit log behind each action. Software does not lose track of your file in a busy week.

One flat fee instead of a meter running

The common model in this industry is an open-ended monthly subscription — an arrangement that quietly rewards taking longer. Ours is a defined program at one flat price: $1,995, billed in three installments as each phase completes. We have no financial reason to stretch your file out, because the program does not bill by the month.

Compliance as the product, not the paperwork

The industry’s biggest names were hit with a $2.7 billion federal judgment and a ten-year telemarketing ban for charging fees before the work was done and for how they sold over the phone. We are built the other way around: billed only after a phase is performed, the written agreement and required disclosures in your hands before you sign, and no telemarketing — if we speak by phone, it is because you booked the call or placed it yourself.

Honest about what cannot be done

We do not remove accurate, timely information from a credit report — nobody legitimately can. We do not promise a score, a deletion or a date. We will not advise you to misstate anything, or to use a substitute identifying number in place of your Social Security number, which is a federal crime regardless of who suggests it. If a company promises you any of that, the promise itself is the warning.

It also tells you honestly where doing it yourself stops being worth the effort — and everything in it, you can do yourself for free, without ever hiring us.

By sending this you are asking us to email you the guide. You can unsubscribe from any email we send. We do not sell your information.

Straight answers

The questions worth asking any credit repair company.

If any answer here sounds less impressive than what another company told you, that is the point.

How long does the program take?

About 60 days of scheduled work, with the final audit landing somewhere around day 60 to 75. That is the length of our work — the schedule on which we file rounds, handle correspondence and deliver reports. It is not a timeline for your results, and nobody can honestly give you one of those.

What can you actually do — and what can’t you?

We dispute information that is inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable, on your behalf, thoroughly and on schedule, across all three bureaus. That is the whole job.

We do not remove accurate, timely information from a credit report — nobody legitimately can. We cannot promise a score, a deletion or a date, and we cannot speed up the bureaus’ statutory investigation windows. We also cannot do anything you could not lawfully do yourself, for free.

Can I just do this myself?

Yes. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, at no cost, directly with each bureau, as often as you have legitimate grounds to. Start at annualcreditreport.com.

Our free guide, The 60-Day Credit Comeback Plan, is written to help you do exactly that without hiring anyone — including us. What we sell is consistency at volume, not access or authority we have and you don’t.

What do I pay, and when?

$1,995 for the program, billed as three installments of $665. Each installment is charged only after that phase of work is fully performed and its report delivered. Nothing is collected at signing. There is no monthly fee and no renewal.

A 90-day money-back guarantee applies, with the exact trigger defined in the written agreement. A refund promise is not a promise of results.

Can I cancel?

You may cancel your contract for any reason, without penalty or obligation, within 3 business days of signing it. California residents have 5 working days, and any refund owed is issued within 15 days of cancellation. Cancellation forms come attached to your contract.

Separately, you can stop at any point in the program. Cancelling ends all further installments, and you are never charged for a phase that was not performed.

Where can’t you work?

Georgia — state law does not permit a for-profit credit services organization to operate there, so this one is permanent.

California and Louisiana — not yet. Both require state registration and a posted surety bond before a company does business or advertises there, and ours are in progress. We are not enrolling residents or soliciting business in either state until that is complete. The form on this page will tell you so before you send it.

Are you a law firm?

No. Coastline Credit Consultants is a credit services organization. We are not a law firm, a credit counseling agency or a credit bureau, and we do not provide legal or financial advice. If your situation needs a lawyer, we will tell you that rather than take the file.
